Our Leather Skillet Handle Mitt are constructed with 10oz Vegetable Tanned Leather for the outside and 2oz leather on the inside. The 2oz pieces of
leather are sewn onto the outer piece of leather and then turned inside which gives the mitts more strength. Each mitt is hand sewn with 4oz wax thread and comes with a loop on one end to hang up
your mitt so you can always find it. Comes in Brown or Black.
I use to have my mom's old cast iron skillet but after moving so many time it got lost so I went out and bought a

They come pre-seasoned but I wanted to season them even more before I started cooking and during my research on the best way to season a cast iron skillet I

Hand Crafted vs Hand Made:

There is a difference between hand made and hand crafted. Hand made is when someone assembles something such as a kit were all parts are already cut out and all is
needed is assembly.
Hand crafted on the other hand means all parts have to be cut, sewn, stained etc and that's the main type of work we do at KRB Leather.
Working with leather is not an easy thing to master but the more work you do then better you get at it. It's also very time consuming which explains the cost
of some leather products but you get what you pay for as many websites today have cheaper products but very poor quality.
Take our Zippo Cases. You can find a case for as low as $5.00 plus shipping on other websites but they are very cheap and won't last long and I guarantee you
they do not carry a life time guarantee and they will not last long at all.

With our cases they are all hand crafted and or hand tooled and hand sewn and it takes me about 2 and a half hours from start to finish to make the basic
case. I have some cases that I hand carve designs on the flap which that alone takes me about an hour and a half depending on which design I am doing so I have around 4 hours of work into those cases
and I know they will last a life time and that is why I have a life time guarantee on my Zippo Lighter Cases. *see below

Years ago I purchased a Zippo Lighter and after filling it with fluid I put it in my front pocket and a short time later my leg started to burn and I realized
I must have over filled the lighter and was amazed at how red my leg was from the lighter fluid and how long it took before the burn went away.
